Expression systems and fungal enzymes

The lab has several heterologous expression systems to express a large diversity of fungal lignocellulolytic enzymes.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of enzymes produced in the lab:

In the ascomycota Aspergillus niger :

  • Cellobiose Dehydrogenase from Coprinopsis cinerea (PMID 22940800)
