Infrastructure - Biocontrol and Biostimulation of Plants, Equipment and Expertise

PlantBIOs offers, in a scientific framework of excellence, equipment and expertise for gene studies in the agroecosystem with analytical tools, experimental tools, and collections of rare biological resources.

In the domain of biocontrol and biostimulation of plants, the 'Institut Sophia Agrobiotech' has in recent years engaged in a strong structuring of its tools and an active partnership with the triple objective:

  • to increase the scientific attractiveness of the site via new unique material and organizational structures in France;
  • to develop collaborations with companies to ensure the transfer of research results;
  • to develop training around biocontrol.

For this purpose, the ISA has organized, structured and made visible its tools now integrated in PlantBIOs: Biocontrol and Biostimulation of Plants, Equipment and Expertise. PlantBIOs is open to the academic and private scientific community to whom it offers:

  • service, provision of equipment and expertise;
  • technological and methodological developments;
  • training.
